42nd Street

These images a available individually or as part of my 42nd Street Collection published as a printed book: 42nd Street – A River of Life.

The whole collection – some 90 images – were all taken during the course of a single day, walking from the East River to to the edge of Hell’s Kitchen on the Hudson. I wanted to capture the diversity and variety of New York and so took it’s most important crosstown avenue in daytime as my subject. Here is some of what I saw:
